The Ambionse insulated concrete formwork is made from panels of fire retardant EPS with polypropylene bridges separating the side panels. Polypropylene flanges are moulded into the panels of the block making them stronger and also provide the fixing locations for linings and claddings.

There are three sizes in the Ambionse range with straight blocks and corner blocks as detailed below. The straight blocks are 1200mm long and 300mm high. The corner blocks are 450mm long on one leg and 600mm long on the other and also 300mm high. All blocks fit together with a tongue and groove type joint on all edges, providing a secure fit without the need for adhesive.

Sill Block	250mm wide & 1200mm long - Suitable for all block widths, but can be customised to suit your own profile. The sill block is designed to be placed after the concrete has cured, and fixed with adhesive. The holes in the sill block are for solid blocks to be placed and fixed into the concrete core to create fixing points for the joinery.Blank ends designed to fit securely into the cavity of the respective Series block, are available to create an end to the wall section
